Key Personnel

Elie Cherbaka has over thirty years of knowledge in the construction and engineering fields. He has extensive experience in client relations as well as managing projects, estimating projects, and supervising staff. Elie received his Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette.

Elie holds several certifications and registrations including many OSHA safety certifications and hazardous materials handling. He holds a 30-Hour OSHA Occupational Certification, has completed US Army Corps of Engineers’ Construction Quality Management for Contractors, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Elie’s resume of highly technical and intricate renovation and new construction projects includes clients such as the US Veteran’s Administration, the US General Services Administration, the US Army Corps of Engineers, and the US Military Academy at West Point.

Sid Raman holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is actively involved in design-build delivery, engineering coordination, and construction execution across a variety of project types, bringing over three decades of hands-on experience to each assignment.
